Art Therapy
I am a professionally trained art therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy from HKS in Germany. I have completed a 100-hour personal experiential program and have worked—through observation and internships—in hospitals across Zurich, Bremen, and Cologne. I have supported individuals dealing with depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum conditions, and other mental health challenges.
For me, art therapy is far more than making art; it is a path toward emotional expression and inner connection. Through creative engagement, individuals can release suppressed feelings and explore their emotions on a deeper level. In the state of artistic flow, mind and heart meet in the present moment, opening space for an authentic inner dialogue.
Each therapeutic session becomes a journey into one’s inner world, helping you reconnect with your true self and discover the subtle strength that emerges through emotional awareness and expression.
I also offer personal consultations and one-on-one art therapy sessions. You are welcome to contact me anytime.

Past, present, and future
In this art-therapy self-practice session, we use painting as a creative medium to explore the themes of the past, present, and future. Through color and form, we reflect on our life journey and discover new insights and inner strength.

Land Art
Creating with nature—leaves, stones, and light becomes a gentle path to healing.
Land Art helps us rediscover calm and balance in the embrace of the earth.

Aura
Through colors, we trace the gentle flow of the body’s energy and listen to its quiet messages.
Aura Art Therapy invites us to see ourselves clearly and reconnect with inner strength.

Psychodrama
In this visual healing space, expression goes beyond images—stories, figures, and movements unfold through sandplay and psychodrama.
Seeing yourself from a third perspective brings clarity, emotional insight, and gentle understanding.

Work in pairs
In group art therapy, participants often work in pairs to create a shared artwork.
This becomes a quiet, nonverbal conversation—each brushstroke from the other invites imagination, connection, and a positive emotional resonance.

Sculpture
In plaster sculpture work, you may shape with wire, plaster sheets, or any materials that resonate with you. Let their textures speak for you, allowing your emotions, energy, and inner images to take form through your hands.

Watercolor painting
Wet-on-wet watercolor painting carries a special kind of magic. When pigments meet water, the colors blend, flow, and merge effortlessly, creating a sense of natural harmony and gentle vitality.
